Artists, join artist and author Mary Longe at AIR Studio + Gallery for a 6-week guided program to organize your art, studio, and art business records. Explore inventory methods, estate planning, artwork valuation, provenance, security, and options for the future of your work. Set your own goals, make meaningful progress, and leave with clear priorities and a practical plan for your next steps. Art executors and collectors are welcome too.

Art Legacy Compass is designed to help each participant make meaningful progress in organizing their art, studio, and business. The goal is for every participant to be well along in the process by the end of six weeks, with clear priorities, identified next steps, and a realistic plan for bringing their project to completion. Participants will define their own goals, whether they focus on organization, documentation, future planning, downsizing, or a combination of these.

Chicago artist Mary Longe, the author of Art Legacy Compass and a professional artist, educator, and former Executive Director of Plein Air Painters Chicago. She holds a Certificate in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London, and helps artists organize their studios, strengthen their practices, and make thoughtful decisions about the future of their artistic life’s work.
