Vincent van Gogh was famed for his bold color and dramatic brush strokes which expressed his emotional response to the world and created a feeling of movement to his works. In this workshop, we will paint lush landscapes with thick and juicy acrylic paints. Sandra will show and analyze how Van Gogh used his active brushstrokes and share techniques to re-create this painting style using palette knives. Bring a photo of a favorite scene to create compositions that will literally move you.
